MODELING & SIMULATION

The central objective of Integrated Modeling and Simulation Ecosystem is to enable and support research in the Convergence Lab Initiative. For this purpose, we are developing an integrated ecosystem of Modeling and Simulation methodology and software tools and libraries along with training modules and documentation that enables users of these platform to gain understanding and use the ecosystem efficiently in their research and development work.

RADIO FREQUENCY & COMMUNICATION

The RF and Communication research area focuses on Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence. Research in developing better understanding of RF security is being pursued. Development of infrared optical communication, Intelligent Reflecting Surface (IRS) based communication using RF and optical methodologies are being studied.

EDGE TECHNOLOGIES & SECURITY

The Edge Technologies and Security area is developing new capabilities in computing, AI algorothms and technologies for smart city. These studies will also help with better management of military bases similar to the smart city technology applications.
